Like stars in a night sky, ideas can seem scattered at first. But when we take time to connect them, patterns appear, like constellations that help us understand and navigate complex thoughts.

Welcome to my thought constellation, where ideas grow slowly, organically, and sometimes messily.

This is based on the digital garden format, which will keep my ideas raw and fresh for the whole time.

It’s not linear like a blog, nor complete like an encyclopedia. Think of it more as a working notebook: some pages are rough, some more refined, all part of an ongoing process. I’m figuring things out as I go and leaving the door open to the world.

If even one idea here helps you think differently or go deeper, then this place’s done what I hoped it would.

Why I Started This Project

As a computer science student, I often thought I understood something, until I tried to explain it and came up empty.

A lot of what I learned felt scattered. I’d revisit core topics and realize I never understood them deeply. It wasn’t a ‘memory’ problem. It was a ‘structure’ problem.

That started to shift when I discovered PKMS. Treating knowledge as nodes and linking them like a network helped things click. It wasn’t just about saving information; it felt like mapping the neurons in my brain.

While I was in the military, I had this peaceful and quiet time to reflect. The dream of building something just for thinking, not for school or work, came back to me. That’s what this thought constellation is: a space to explore and connect ideas on my terms.

What You’ll Find Here

  • Evergreen Notes: thoughts that evolve and deepen over time
  • Connections: links across ideas, topics, and disciplines
  • Unfinished Bits: notes that are still rough, unclear, or in progress
  • Stuff I Care About: computer science, systems, creativity, learning, and how ideas grow

This place is constantly changing. It’s not perfect, and that’s what makes it real.
